PROGRAM
Saturday - 10am
Stage 1 - Time Trial - 4km course mostly downhill form the start line. Start order by grades - Individuals start 30 seconds apart with G grade first then, in order ABC DEF
- No aerobars, aerodynamic helmets or disc wheels – normal road race bikes.
Stage 2 - Road Race - Start order will be G first Then ABC followed by DEF.
- Out and back course over the Cullerin Range on the Old Highway to Breadalbane and return. A, B and C grades - 50km; DEFG grades - 40km
Sunday - 10am start
Stage 3 - Road Race
- Start 10am C, B and A grades ( in that start order) - 100km ; Two laps of the same course as Saturday
- Start 11am D Grade - 60km; GFE Grades (in that start order) - 50km; One lap to Breadalbane and back
TROPHIES AND PRIZES - This is very low entry cost event and thus there is no prize money.
- Trophies will be awarded to the winners of the three event tour based on total time for the three events., taking into account point bonuses for primes and winners of each event.
- Medals will be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place in each grade.
CATERING
- During racing on Saturday and Sunday tea, coffee and snacks will be provided at the Start/ Finish point.
- At the conclusion of racing on Sunday, commencing at 1: 30 pm, lunch will be available in Gunning at the pavilion at the Showgrounds. (included in the entry fee).
- The presentation ceremony will start at approximately 2 pm

- Entry fee includes all three races and lunch on Sunday at the Presentation Ceremony
Early entry (before midnight on date before) - AVCC MEMBER (includes ACTVCC and AVCC affiliated clubs) $20
- Non AVCC (includes 2011 membership of ACTVCC) $110
Late entry (Date onwards) - AVCC MEMBER $40
- Non ACTVCC (includes 2011 membership of ACTVCC) $130
- On day entries are possible before 10am Saturday at the extra $20 fee.

RACE NUMBERS - ACTVCC members are to bring and use their normal race number for the Gunning event.
- Visitors and anyone signing up as a new member will be given a number for the duration of the two day event.
